Wall-mounted, multi-split and ducted systems designed and fitted by our own engineers. Fixed quotes, tidy work, and a survey that costs you nothing.
Tell us a little about the property and we'll arrange a survey at a time that suits — evenings and Saturdays included. No obligation, no pressure, no sales visit dressed up as a survey.
One of our surveyors will call within one working day to book a time. If it's urgent, ring 020 3597 3978 and quote your postcode.
Most projects complete inside a fortnight. You'll have the same project contact from first call to commissioning.

Two or three options with equipment named, running costs estimated and everything itemised. Valid 90 days, no hidden extras.

For most houses in England the outdoor unit falls under permitted development, provided it is below 0.6m³, not on a wall facing a highway and sited away from the boundary. Flats, listed buildings and conservation areas usually do need consent — we'll tell you at the survey and can prepare the drawings if needed.
A 3.5kW unit cooling a bedroom draws roughly 0.6–0.9kW once the room is down to temperature — around 20p an hour at current UK electricity prices. In heating mode the same unit delivers about 3.5–4kW of heat for every 1kW of electricity, which typically undercuts a gas boiler per kWh of useful heat.
Indoor units from Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric run from 19–22dB on low — quieter than a library. Outdoor units sit around 45dB at one metre; we position them with your neighbours in mind and use anti-vibration mounts as standard.
Yes. Every system we install is a reversible air-to-air heat pump, rated to produce full heat output down to around −15°C outdoor temperature. Many customers use theirs as their primary heat source in spring and autumn.
A single-room install is one day: one core drilled through the external wall, pipework run in trunking or concealed where possible, floors covered throughout. Multi-room systems take two to three days. We make good around all penetrations before we leave.
One annual service keeps the manufacturer warranty valid: filter clean, coil check, condensate flush and a performance test. Our domestic plan starts at £95 a year and includes priority callout.
