Who we are
AirVora ("we", "us") installs and maintains air conditioning systems in the UK. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you request a survey we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, property details and anything you choose to tell us in the message field.
How we use it
Only to contact you about your enquiry, arrange and carry out your survey and installation, and provide aftercare. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Who we share it with
Only with people who help us deliver your job — for example equipment manufacturers when registering a warranty — or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, F-Gas and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
